Indulge in a rich, velvety coffee smoothie that fuels your day with protein – not jitters.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Hanks Decaf Coffee – brewed strong, then cooled 
  • ½ Cup Milk (or your favorite milk alternative) 
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla or Chocolate) 
  • 1/2 Cup of Ice 
  • 1 Frozen Banana (for creaminess and a touch of sweetness) 
  • 1 Teaspoon of Honey or Sugar (if you like it sweeter) (optional)
  • A Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)

STEP ONE

Toss everything in the blender, expect the ice.  Blend until creamy

STEP TWO

Add ice to desired thickness

STEP THREE

Pour the smoothie in your favorite glass…and slowly sip the creamy deliciousness
